Molson Coors consolidates direct accounts with BD

Simon Davies, marketing director at Molson Coors, said the company had made the appointment as part of a drive to create long-term relationships with its agencies and save time on pitches for project work.

The brewer, which owns Carling and Worthington's, and acquired Cobra last month, did not previously retain a direct agency. It has worked with agencies such as 141 Worldwide, Cheethambell JWT, and The Leith Agency, on a project basis. BD will start work on the business next year.
