Mobile marketing report addresses future of the medium

LONDON - Noah Koff, founder and managing director of specialist digital media producer MGen, has teamed up with DVD and online magazine Contagious to launch a report on brand activity in the mobile sector.

The report will be released in May and will be aimed at key marketers and media planners, creative directors and executives in Europe and the US. It intends to help the marketing industry with 'best practice' examples of brand activity in the mobile sector, including live links to creative material.

Included in the report are expert reviews of the consumer trends driving innovation in the mobile products and services sector along with analysis of brand activity in Asian, European and US markets.

Koff said: "The report marks the beginning of an exciting new partnership between MGen and Contagious to create high-quality research for the marketing industry. This report is essential reading for anyone who needs to understand the major opportunities for brands to use the mobile medium."

Paul Kemp-Robertson, editorial director of Contagious magazine, said: "We believe the interactive nature of this report makes it the first of its kind to feature live examples of creative work alongside expert commentary and analysis. The mobile sector is going to generate so much noise in 2007; the intention behind this report is to act as an editorial filter that makes sense of it all."
