Bruce will sit within the strategy team and report to Nick Adams, head of digital development at Mindshare.

His remit extends to developing new relationships for Mindshare in the mobile space and working within Mindshare’s global network of mobile specialist.

He joins from Somo, a specialist mobile performance agency, where he led client services for their connected customer marketing division across Paddy Power, blinkbox by Tesco, Sky and Shop Direct.

Prior to Somo, Bruce worked at OMD International and Starcom MediaVest Group, where he developed his approach to mobile as a key way to augment the wider communications mix.

Adams said, "Mobile is already a significant part of Mindshare’s business and with Neil’s appointment, we are well placed to expand further in to new strategic growth areas within the mobile space.

"Neil has a real passion for the power of mobile technology to enhance the communications mix, and he brings fantastic experience of working across several mobile performance brands, which will further add to our specialist knowledge."
