The Bing Events search feature scans more than 10,000 UK venues in 2,450 locations and is the first comprehensive events listing service from a major search engine.
Typing a place or artist name into Bing plus the word ‘events’ brings up an events tab which can be selected to reveal nearby music, festivals, family and sporting events.
Bing uses data provider Eventful to compile the listings, which include maps, directions, restaurants and parking information.
There is also an option to sort by date and event category.
