LONDON - Metro Newspapers has appointed Quiet Storm to its creative account and will be launching a series of campaigns around its free news titles.

The first campaign launched by Quiet Storm will be to promote the re-design of Metro.co.uk in January.

Metro, published by Associated News, has a circulation of 1.3m across the UK, according to ABC figures. Its titles cover most major cities in the UK.
