Brennan will report directly to managing director Debbie Smith and will managge client service across the business. She will work across a number of the agency's key clients including Standard Life, which handed its direct marketing account to Meteorite in January.
In her previous role at Iris, Brennan led the Sony UK relationship, since winning the business in January 2006.
Prior to that, she spent five years at OgilvyOne and OgilvyInteractive working with clients including HBOS, Unilever and IDM.
Smith said: "We are delighted to welcome Rebecca on board she brings a wealth of direct and integrated experience, and her focus on existing client's business will ensure we can continue to prioritise clients with business building solutions."
