Mentos "Mentos mentors" by Bartle Bogle Hegarty

Mentos lets children guide a group of shy adults as they attempt to make friends in a new online campaign.

In the campaign, participants are provided with earpieces so that a bunch of five-year-olds dictate how they talk to people. The idea behind it is that Mentos sweets are an ideal way to connect with someone – a "real-life friend request", as the Bartle Bogle Hegarty puts it. The work was created by Doug Fridlund and Mikael Alcock, and directed by Matt Pollock through Indy8.
