The ad sales chiefs from ITV and Telegraph Media Group and senior agency figures from Blue 449 and the7stars were among the dozen men who took part in six bouts in front of a black-tie audience of almost 1,100.
John Maloney, managing partner and head of investment at Maxus, set up Media Fight Night to raise money for the Head & Neck Cancer Foundation.
"I’m absolutely delighted," Maloney said. "It’s grown year on year and it’s become a fixture in the calendar."

Liam Bennett, planning business director, Zenith, beat David Barr, vice-president revenue, Sovrn, UK.
Kelly Williams, ITV managing director of commercial, beat Dom Perkins, head of programmatic, data & video, Time Inc UK.
Mark Jarvis, managing director, the7stars, beat Ian Lee, from White Collar Boxing London.
Matt Teeman, managing director, Primesight drew with Chris Forrester, chief revenue officer, Telegraph Media Group.
Sam Maloney, video account manager, Maxus, beat Dean English from Fitzroy Lodge amateur boxing club.
Tom Curry, UK head of trading, Oath, beat Simon Davis, chief executive, Blue 449.
Crystal Events organised Media Fight Night at the Park Plaza Westminster hotel and Jon O’Donnell, managing director of commercial at ESI Media, was the master of ceremonies in the boxing ring.
