Uber reportedly wants a single agency to manage its brand campaigns around the world.
It's the brand's first review under newly appointed chief brand officer Bozoma Saint John, formerly head of global consumer marketing for Apple Music and iTunes.
This review may not affect local agencies as it reportedly will not change Uber's relationship with Deutsch in the US.
The troubled ride-sharing company is also reportedly in talks with media agencies for an unspecified assignment, .
Bartle Bogle Hegarty London, Uber's creative agency in the UK, declined to comment.
OMD, which handles Uber's media account in the UK, was not available for comment.
Uber, too, was unavailable for comment.
This review comes at a time when Uber's future in London remains unclear. Despite its new chief executive, Dara Khosrowshahi, flying into London to meet with London transport commissioner Mike Brown, the renewal of its licence to operate in the city remains uncertain.
The brand is also currently embroiled in a legal battle with Dentsu's Fetch Media for breach of contract, fraud and negligence. Fetch, in turn, has accused Uber of non-payment.
