Five has poached Sky's Richard Woolfe to become its channel controller. Currently director of programmes for Sky 1, 2 and 3, Woolfe will be responsible for commissioning, scheduling and strategy for Five's core channel. He will report directly to chief executive Dawn Airey, and sit on the Five executive board.
