
As EMEA trading director, Mahoney will be responsible for trading in all of Maxus’s markets in the region. He will also work on global and regional new business pitches and develop and implement new trading models for the agency.
Mahoney will report directly into Alan Hodge, global trading director at Maxus. Hodge said: "Phil will be a key member of the Maxus global trading team. His remit will be to ensure the agency continues to deliver exceptional value for its existing clients and that it retains its position as the fastest growing media agency in the world."
Terry joins as EMEA finance director and replaces Dan Yardley, who left Maxus in July to join MSQ Partners.
He will ensure that business performance insights are shared with local and global management, and will report into Federico de Nardis, EMEA chief executive of Maxus, and Steve McCulloch, the global chief financial officer.
Terry joins from GroupM, and prior to this held the position of central functions finance director at the Royal Mail.
Alan Hodge added: "Mahoney and Terry will represent strong additions to EMEA chief executive Federico de Nardis’ senior management team, and ensure that Maxus continues on its current growth trajectory."
