TDP was set up in 2008 by Matt Gower, the former head of Channel 4's digital media sales operation 4DS, is based in London and employs 11 staff.
It began life as The Digital Partnership, operating the eponymous business-to-business ad network, which now includes 350 websites.
Last year, it launched the Affluent Digital Media network, targeting high-earning consumers across more than 100 consumer websites. Clients of the latter, which accounts for 30% of TDP revenues, include Harrods and Porsche.
Gower will remain with the company, which is set to expand into Europe and Asia, as European managing director.
Martini Media, which also targets affluent consumers, said the move was the "first step toward a truly integrated, global media option for reaching the most affluent consumers at work and at play".
The two companies have operated a partnership since December 2010.
Gower was the majority shareholder in TDP and Dynamis, which runs internet properties such as franchisesforsale.com, was also a shareholder.
