LONDON - Mars is launching its biggest-ever promotion across the majority of its portfolio of bitesize products. The activity offers consumers the opportunity to win DVDs.

From next month, the '1 in 10 chance to win a DVD' promotion, in association with film studio Warner Bros, will run across 19 Mars bitesize and sharing lines, including Maltesers, Galaxy, Minstrels, Revels and M&M's.

Bep Sandhu, Mars trade relations manager, said: 'More people are choosing to stay at home in the evenings, meaning they will be looking for more in-home entertainment.  This promotion gives us a great opportunity to engage with consumers with an offer they can enjoy with family and friends from the sofa.'

The company will back the activity with a £1m TV, radio and point-of-sale campaign.

Mars is also creating a where consumers can input a unique code found on-pack to find out whether they have won a DVD.
