Cordiner joined the agency as senior planner last summer from Mason Zimbler, where he worked on business-to-business campaigns for Microsoft and MessageLabs.
Also arriving at the London office is former Saatchi & Saatchi account director Nicollette Lazarus-Morais. She joins as group account director. Lazarus-Morais will work on the McDonald's account.
At Saatchis, she was integrated European account director on Visa International, as well as working on the agency's T-Mobile, Lexus and Toyota business.
The Chicago office's senior vice-president Mark Watson has also joined The Marketing Store's Birmingham operation as associate director. He began his career at The Marketing Store in Hertford in July 1993 and helped set up MB Sales Europe in 1996, as part of the agency network.
In 2000, he moved to The Marketing Store's Chicago office where he was responsible for overseeing all multicultural marketing for McDonald's US.

The company has 11 offices worldwide, with 180 of its 600 employees in the UK. Its clients include Asda, Walkers and McDonald's and it has a global turnover of £275m.
