The Sussex-based company will now trade as Classic Furniture and Event Hire after Mar-Key took the reigns for an undisclosed sum on Monday (27 July 2009).
The marquee division of Classic Event Hire will merge into Mar-Key Structures. Classic will now trade under the Mar-Key Group banner.
Mar-Key managing director Ben Scroggle said: "This is an amazing opportunity that compliments Mar-Key's products perfectly. The volume, quality and array of the products on offer is truly staggering and we look forward to developing the business."
