Thousands of people are expected to line the streets of Manchester this evening (14 May) to celebrate Manchester City Football Club's first Premier League win.

An open-top bus parade carrying the players will leave Albert Square at 6.30pm, taking a 1.8 mile route through the city centre.

It will travel along Princess Street, onto Portland Street, down Deansgate and onto St Mary’s Gate, finishing up in Corporation Street at 7.45pm.

From 4pm this afternoon Albert Square will be hosting free entertainment to for fans who want to enjoy the pre-parade build-up.

The celebrations mark the club’s historic first league title win in 44 years.
