Mailpack awareness for T-Mobile relaunch

One 2 One and T-Mobile have launched a rebranding campaign to inform customers of the name change from One 2 One to T-Mobile, which took place on April 18.

Around nine million direct mail packs are being sent out to One 2 One customers; the bulk of its UK business and consumer customer base. The majority of customers will also receive text messages reminding them of the change.

The move comes as a result of T-Mobile's decision to bring its subsidiary companies in the UK, Austria and the Czech Republic under its umbrella with T-Mobile Germany to create a single global brand.

The mailpacks contain leaflets explaining the reasons behind the switch and telling customers what they can expect to see as well as giving information on the new services which will be available. Customers are directed to www. t-mobile.co.uk for further information.

The campaign was devised by Claydon Heeley Jones Mason with production and dispatch handled by Kent-based print management firm Intelligent Print Solutions (IPS).
