The ‘Adventures in Wonderfood’ ad shows fresh fruit and vegetables being sliced, diced and blitzed into juices and soups, as well as various wraps and meals.

The latest spot continues to use the now familiar soundtrack of the Clean Bandits song Rather Be.

Zoe Hayward, the head of brand and marketing at Marks & Spencer, said: "At M&S we believe healthy eating should be a pleasure and ‘Adventures in Wonderfood’ inspires customers with a wide variety of delicious and on-trend ways to eat healthily at M&S."

It first aired on TV on 3 January and continues until next week.
