Luxury shoe store Gina appoints Caulder Moore for boutique redesign

LONDON - Luxury footwear and handbag label Gina has tasked design agency Caulder Moore to redesign its Bond Street boutique in London.

Caulder Moore was asked by Gina Shoes to create a "unique and distinguishable design" that would reflect its core product values, and be instantly identifiable as the Gina brand.

The agency said it had highlighted Gina's attention to detail by choosing simple materials and black and champagne coloured decorative items, which would emphasise Gina's silver insignia.

Caulder Moore was briefed to accentuate the exclusivity of the Gina brand, while maintaining a "compelling and seductive" visual focus for the store redesign.

Ian Caulder, creative director at Caulder Moore, said: "The store design needs to reflect [Gina's] craftsmanship and passion, as well as the luxurious glamour, individuality of its designs, exclusive sourcing and use of unusual materials for which the product is so well known."
