Matt Symonds, who previously worked at contract catering provider Baxter Storey and caterer Lexington, will take responsibility for managing all sites under the Lusso brand and will oversee three operations managers, two group managers, a site manager and a project manager. CH&Co is Lusso's parent company and its clients include Mulberry and Investec.

Managing director Paul Hurren is to adopt a more strategic role and additionally aims to grow the Lusso portfolio by working in partnership with his business development team.

Symonds said: "I have been really impressed with the brand and the people in the front line of our business. There is so much passion from the teams to provide great food and service. Lusso comes up with bespoke solutions for each client, creates change and reacts quickly, while the support of a larger company ensures we have the purchasing power to provide great value to clients too."

Hurren added: "Matt joins at a very exciting time. We are going through a dynamic period of change as we continue to put our customers first in everything we do, and also go for growth. Joining now gives Matt the opportunity to help shape the future of the business."
