Live4City launches this week and is backed by a 48-sheet poster campaign, created by Love, with help from illustrator McFaul.
Famous City fans including Noel and Liam Gallagher from Oasis, indie band Doves, boxer Ricky Hatton and cricketer Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff, all gave permission to appear in the photo-montage which also includes more than 100 digital images of players, fans and moments in the club's history. Young supporters from around Manchester were also picked to appear beside their heroes in the poster.
Jonathan Rigby, partner at Love, said: "It's always an honour to be part of something that aims to give something back to the kids of Manchester.
"It took hours of painstaking work to create our homage to Manchester City, but we're delighted with the finished result. I can't wait to see it on the streets of our city".
The new membership scheme, for supporters under aged 16 or under, will offer exclusives such as discounted home match tickets, special invitations to player attended events and a members-only website, developed with digital agency Magentic North.
Matt Lowery, head of marketing at Manchester City, said: "The brand and posters really show the spirit of the Live4City campaign, how all under-16s can be part of our great club and be a real part of the city of Manchester. We're delighted with the finished product. It's a tribute to all the hard work put in by Love."
