Loewy wins pitch for Family Housing report three-year contract

LONDON - Loewy has won a four-way battle to produce the Family Housing Association's annual report for the next three years, extending the agency's three-year long relationship.

Loewy has been working with the housing group on its marketing communications and developing the brand's positioning and identity.

The report for August 2005 will include six separate documents, including an annual review, group financials and operating reports for each FHA division.

The group says that Loewy's approach will reflect the group's mission statement: "Creating communities and homes in which Londoners want to live".

Family is the umbrella name for the Family Housing Association, Landmark Housing Association, Charlton Triangle Homes and Old Oak Housing Association, which has been providing Londoners with affordable homes since 1961.

Michael Cleaver, marketing, research and information manager for Family Housing Group, said: "Our annual reports are a vital element in how we present our organisation to our stakeholders. The Loewy team impressed us with their in-depth understanding of the complex reporting issues we face."
