The new identity for the London and south east England developer aims to reflect the corporate message that it builds homes as well as houses, to appeal to young professionals and buyers with families.
The new logo plays on the two Hs of the firm's name, which are presented in a simple linear style in contemporary green and grey colours.
Mark Gottlieb, Hadley Homes head of sales and marketing, said: "Hadley Homes prides itself on selling lifestyles as well as just bricks and mortar.
"Loewy really understood how important it was for us to get this message across and this is clearly shown by the way they have managed to modernise our brand while still reflecting our core values."
The redesign is carried on through the , which has also been revamped to include a microsite of one of its nine developments in East London, .
Charlie Hoult, Loewy CEO, added: "With new property developments coming to market, there is a huge potential to build their online presence into a key component of marketing these properties to home buyers."
