The specialist sports stadia caterer, which is a division of The Lindley Group, will provide match day and non-match day catering. The 20,000 seater stadium had previously managed its catering in-house.
Lindley will also manage sales and marketing for events, conferences and banqueting at the stadium and contribute £65,000 towards the refurbishment of the 1862 Suite function room at the venue.
The refurbishment will take place this summer as part of a two-year programme of redevelopment which has seen a new bar and upgrades to its reception area, hospitality lounges and executive boxes.
James Rodwell, chief executive of Notts County FC, said: "As we approach the completion of the extensive refurbishment programme at Meadow Lane, we want to ensure that we are in a position to capitalise on the investment we have made in the facilities at the stadium, and re-considering our catering requirements has formed a natural part of that review."
He added that sales and marketing expertise were crucial to Lindley's appointment: "We were extremely impressed with the menu development work that Lindley’s creative director and development chefs have done, and the results that the new Lindley team has achieved in building non-match day business through their proactive approach at other sports stadia.
"Furthermore, they have also shown their commitment to developing sales by guaranteeing a healthy minimum income for the club, and through the contribution they are making towards the refurbishment costs of the 1862 suite."
