
The five-year contract, which has a further two-year extension option, will see the firm manage match day hospitality, conference and banqueting, and non-match day events business at the Hillsborough Stadium from the start of the 2011-12 season.
As part of the deal Lindley will develop a new hospitality-focused website to boost revenue from non-match day business.
It also aims to increase public match day spending through the launch of new concepts, retail branding and meal deals.
The 39,812 capacity ground has a choice of spaces for events – The Charlton and Springett Suites accommodating 250 guests each.
"The 2011-12 season ahead marks the start of a new era in Sheffield Wednesday's 144-year history and we have great ambitions for the club – both on and off the pitch," said the club’s vice chairman Paul Aldridge.
"We have first class facilities at Hillsborough and we want to ensure that we offer superb catering to provide a great all-round experience for everyone who visits the stadium."
