The Grade II-listed building, located on Threadneedle Street near Liverpool Street station, was launched in 2013 and was previously managed by Industri Management.
It contains three event spaces suitable for corporate events, including dinners, receptions, conferences and meetings.
The Great Hall, which can accommodate up to 380 guests standing and 200 theatre-style, features tall, stained glass windows and high ceilings, while the Van Gogh Reception Room is a contemporary, open-plan space that can host 200 guests standing and 80 seated, and benefits from an outdoor courtyard available for summer events.
The Library, the smallest of the three event spaces, can be used as a break-out room to the reception room, board meetings and intimate dinners with a maximum capacity of 26.
Paolo Bastiani, founder and managing director of Limone Events, said: "We are delighted to have the opportunity to work in this magnificent venue which seems to be one of the City’s best kept secrets.
"It is our aim to discover, unlock and manage more of these hidden gems across London and we are presently in discussion with some very exciting new venues."
