The charter was created by Visit London and Visit Britain to prevent businesses from overcharging in the lead-up to and at the 2012 Olympics.
"The arrival of the Olympic Games to London presents a huge opportunity for the whole of the UK event industry," said Lime Venue Portfolio head Louise Amphlett. "It is not just our venues in London that have committed to the charter, venues from across the country have also signed up, recognising that they can be a part of creating a lasting legacy."
A total of 160 companies have now signed up to the charter.
