It is understood she will follow in the footsteps of Kate Moss and Maggie Gyllenhaal who have also starred in campaigns for the lingerie brand, and has already taken part in a photo shoot for the company.
This latest deal for Allen follows a dramatic weight loss, where she has reportedly dropped from a UK size 12 to an 8.
Agent Provocateur is currently involved in a four part series of advertising campaigns, each featuring a different celebrity and called 'The Adventures of Miss AP'.
The first starred Gyllenhaal and the second instalment, which is currently underway, stars the model Catherine Bailey, who is married to photographer David Bailey.
A spokeswoman for Agent Provocateur declined to comment on the firm's reported involvement with Allen.
She did reveal that the next instalment in 'The Adventures of Miss AP' campaign is set to star a "a very famous French actress", however she refused to reveal the star's identity or comment as to whether Allen would be the star of the fourth and final part of the campaign, which is due to launch next April.
Allen is no stranger to brand endorsements. In September she launched a new range of Braun Satin Hair products in the UK and earlier in the year she linked up with high street retailer New Look, which stocked a range of clothing designed by the singer, called Lily Loves.
