
Entitled 'Understanding Customer Motivations and Behaviours', the conference will feature topics such as shifts in customer behaviour, future trends and demographics and new technologies such as blogs and social communities. Sessions are themed by sectors, including travel and finance.
Matthew Dodd, director of consumer insight and strategy at Telegraph Media Group, will talk about how raw data and research methods can combine to develop insight, while Martin Troughton, marketing director at Anglian Group, will look at creating the right mix of people and technical skills to ensure insights are established.
Other speakers include Natalie Machon, head of consumer insight at BT, who will discuss campaigns created and implemented from actionable insights. Soren Hagh, marketing director at Lancome, will give a talk on how to assess and combine market, environmental, competitor and behavioural research to generate customer insights.
