The TV ad, created by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, will focus on the Home Hub and its wireless connection.

It shows Kris Marshall's character Adam having a bad dream in which he imagines that he makes the mistake of buying cheap broadband. The ad shows how BT Total Broadband is helping him to save his relationship with his girlfriend Jane, played by Esther Hall.

The ad begins this Easter weekend and has a ‘connected' theme. It will incorporate TV, press, DM and online activity and is part of a fresh broadband campaign.

The ad is the latest installment in an on-going £11m TV campaign, which hints that its on-screen family would be splitting up after Adam moved to Cornwall to take up his 'dream job'.

Adam does not buy cheap broadband, his bad dream dramatises what a mistake it would be the buy cheap broadband.
