Coleman, previously national account manager of direct corporate sales at the venue collective, has been at the company since September 2012 and previously worked at Altitude 360 London.
She was previously a part of Howe’s team, who has now moved to the role of head of sales West End.
Late Night London said the move has come as a result of internal expansion and development plans across the Novus sales teams.
Coleman said: "I am extremely excited about this move within Novus, it is the natural step for me in terms of progression and I relish the challenges and opportunities that it will bring.
"We are in such a fabulous moment of growth within Late Night London with wonderful new venues opening and expanding our range in terms of venue offering. The meetings and events team is a strong group with some real talent and I am privileged to be taking this position at the helm."
Rupert McFarlane, Late Night London’s sales director, added: "We had such a strong last year, despite pre-booked business still suffering broadly across the industry and this is really the next step for us in terms of driving business as we expand the teams across the company.
"Georgina is a talented individual ready for this professional challenge and we are eager to see how she will further mould the meetings and events team for further success."
