Background
Howe began her career with Novus Leisure in 2009 as sales and events manager for London’s Grace bar. She was quickly promoted to national account manager at Late Night London and, last January, moved into her current role managing all corporate business through agency and corporate channels.

During the past 12 months, Howe has managed and delivered more than 2,000 events at Late Night London venues. She has also played a significant role in the growth of the business, which accumulated a revenue of £3m in 2012 – a 600% increase on 2010’s figure – and £3.5m in the 12 months to October 2013.
