It will be marketed to more than 2.8 million UK subscribers to the late deals travel site.
The credit card, which comes with a standard zero per cent interest rate on balance transfers for the first six months, will offer holders exclusive deals from lastminute.com and select Virgin companies on a members-only tailored web site.
In addition, a range of discounts negotiated by the two companies will be available, including flights, hotels, holidays and restaurants. The card has an interest rate of 15.9 per cent.
Vijay Solanki, lastminute.com UK marketing director, said: "We are confident our customers will want to put lastminute.com in their back pocket, hence the credit card partnership with Virgin Money."
It is hoped the launch will lead to higher customer loyalty and the chance to attract new users.
Trevor Field, marketing director at Virgin Money, said: "We have put together two well-known lifestyle brands to create an attractive credit card proposition. We are aiming to create a fabulous new club that people will want to join, all based around a great credit card."
