Larsimont joins the WPP Group company from Vodafone, where he was head of marketing for Vodafone UK content services.
He brings with him considerable client and agency-side experience. Prior to Vodafone, he was a board account director at Saatchi & Saatchi, working both above and below the line on the Lloyds TSB account.
Larsimont joined Saatchis from Trinity Mirror, where he was group marketing manager for the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror, with responsibility for the group's £30m advertising and promotions budget.

Larsimont began his career at the promotional marketing agency IMP (now Arc), where he had a central role working on The Daily Telegraph Fantasy Football programme. He went on to spend five years with Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, initially with direct marketing agency BHWG (now Proximity), followed by three years at AMV.
