
The two companies will sponsor coverage across broadcast, online and mobile platforms, including a new app that will include the latest team news and results.
Creative work for the sponsorship will be handled by Y&R, which was served notice on the global Land Rover account last week, and Adam & Eve/DDB, which holds the SSE business.
Mindshare and OMD brokered the deals on behalf of Land Rover and SSE respectively.
Laura Schwab, the marketing director at Jaguar Land Rover UK, said: "We will be using the ITV partnership to reach out and involve grass-roots clubs from the UK and around the world.
"Our ‘#WeDealInReal’ campaign will aim to inspire and entertain the audience by championing the people and clubs that are the heart and soul of the game."
Land Rover is a top-tier sponsor of the Rugby World Cup alongside brands including MasterCard and Heineken. The competition will take place in the UK during September and October.
