
Lida, the M&C Saatchi shop, picked up the retail marketing account in 2014 having won the CRM business the previous year.
It is understood that the digital account that M&C Saatchi holds will also be moving to Spark44.
The move mirrors Jaguar Land Rover pulling its creative business, handled by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, in-house in April last year.
The social media account handled by We Are Social was moved to Spark44 too.
Last week Land Rover launched a campaign on Instagram called "#Hibernot2016" encouraging people to make the most of the eight hours of daylight we have during winter.
Jaguar Land Rover declined to comment.
