
As part of the agreement, Kru Live will deliver a number of staffing days and provide entertainers – including celebrity auctioneers – through its Kru Talent agency.
The agency has appointed Kelly Armstrong as GiveSmart’s account manager.
GiveSmart, a fundraising platform, lets guests bid in online auctions from mobiles and tablets on their table.
The company has worked at more than 1,400 events with charities including Unicef and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Ted Robinson, director, GiveSmart said: "We managed things in house successfully for a number of years but our success has meant that it was time to handover to specialists known for fantastic service.
"After a detailed selection process and trial period we felt that Kru Live and their very high standards were the best fit for our brand and our clients."

Kru Live launched an , which sees staff from agencies in 30 different countries swap roles for an assigned period of time.
