, as the mobile phone network launches a campaign it claims is its biggest to date.
The 40-second TV ad, which breaks today, is showcasing EE’s "connected world" campaign and features the American actor thanking Britain for getting connected to the UK’s number one network.
The ad was created by Adam Chiappe, a creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi London, EE’s creative agency. It was directed by Gary Freedman through Independent Films.
MEC handled the media planning and buying. After airing today, the ad will also appear during primetime TV on Saturday night, including during The X Factor live shows on ITV. The 'Connected World' campaign will also run across print, and .

Apple News: NME and Uncut to promote Sky box sets
to exclusively promote the broadcaster's box sets across the digital editions of NME and Uncut via Apple News, ±±¾©Èü³µpk10's Omar Oakes reports.
The campaign has been brokered by Sky’s media agency MediaCom. It will run until the end of the year and market Sky’s On Demand Box Set autumn/winter promotions, which will showcase TV series including Mad Men and The Blacklist.
Apple News was launched in the UK last week after the release of the iOS 9.1 software, having already been available in the US since September.
Time Inc is one of the first publishers to partner with Apple News and is making 25 of its brands available from the launch. The company said there will be new digital advertiser and sponsorship opportunities available as part of the deal with .
