King to erect giant Candy Crush bouncy castle on South Bank

King Digital Entertainment is set to position an illuminated, seven-metre high jumping castle on London's South Bank from 3-5 March.

The Bouncingham Castle is designed to promote the launch of King's new Candy Crush Jelly game, and will subsequently feature a jelly theme.

The structure will emit a raspberry jelly smell and mirror the squish and wobble movements of real jelly, meanwhile noises from the new game will be heard when participants bounce on particular squares within the space.

In a shift from the typical jumping castle concept, the structure will be open to individuals aged 16 and over only. Members of the public are being invited to pay a visit to the activation space outside City Hall throughout the three days to show off their best bouncing skills.

Those who jump the highest will be able to quite literally grab prizes.

The castle will offer views of Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast and the Tower of London, and opening hours will span 10am to 8pm on 3-4 March, and 10am-6pm on 5 March.

King is working with Jack Morton and Brands2Life to create the castle, meanwhile Kru Live is set to supply a team of brand ambassadors for the three-day event.

Earlier this week Jack Morton produced a 'jelly' dance floor for the company, to celebrate the launch of Candy Crush Jelly Saga in LA.

Last year saw King , a stunt that sought to promote the brand's new Paradise Bay game.
