Situated at The Folly in central London, the kitchen will deliver a range of masterclasses and cocktail experiences from May until September.
These include bookable 40-minute sessions every Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm, where guests can create their own Bloody Mary. Here, bartenders talk them through the history and components of the famous beverage and serve up a fresh batch of the cocktail, which they can modify to create their own unique concoction.
The kitchen also offers a unique brunch-style experience on weekends. This includes a Bloody Mary masterclass accompanied by dishes such as blueberry pancakes and avocado on sourdough with chilli and poached eggs.
The garden-inspired space features a large table in the centre, which visitors can gather around to learn from the brand’s mixologists or enjoy a cocktail.
They can select a drink from the menu, which includes Tomatini, a drink that includes the brand’s vodka, freshly pressed tomato juice, lemon and balsamic vinegar, and Mary’s Apples and Pears, a fruity cocktail that contains vodka, apple juice, bluberries, pear, cloves, pepper and lime.
Guests can also choose from the ingredients that they see in the kitchen’s crates, which are filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, and have a bespoke beverage prepared for them.
