Kellogg backs Crunchy Nut Clusters with Capital FM sponsorship

LONDON - Kellogg is supporting its Crunchy Nut Clusters brand with its first ever radio promotion.

The cereal manufacturer has signed a deal with Capital Radio that will run for one week across Capital FM and Century FM networks.

Promotions feature two ideas:  "Fluster Johnny" on the Johnny Vaughan breakfast show; and "Don't get in Fluster with Crunchy Nut Clusters" across Capital FM and Century FM.

The promotion is part of a larger deal Kellogg has signed with Capital Radio, renewing its sponsorship of the Capital FM and Century FM breakfast shows. Crunchy Nut Clusters will become the headline brand associated with the shows throughout 2005.

The deal was brokered by Nadine Fragosa, sponsorship manager at Capital Radio, and Mark Campbell at Performance.

Declan Lockett, brand manager for Kellogg's Crunchy Nut, said: "Sponsorship of the Capital Breakfast Show is a really exciting piece of activity for Kellogg's Crunchy Nut in 2005 and is a continuation of a long-standing relationship between Capital and Kellogg."
