Southall was y, until she left in November last year. Southall was also advertising director at Marie Claire earlier in her career.

Johnstone and Southall take up their new roles on 3 May.
As part of the management restructure, IPC Media is set to move its weekly fashion magazine Look into its IPC Southbank portfolio, the upmarket women's division of IPC Media.
Look magazine will be moved from IPC Connect, which houses titles such as Now, Woman and Woman’s Own, to IPC Southbank, which holds Marie Claire, In Style and Wallpaper magazines.
IPC said Look, which recorded an average ABC circulation of 311,425 for the six months to December 2010, would "benefit from Southbank’s fashion and beauty advertising expertise".
Jackie Newcombe, IPC Southbank managing director, said: "The arrival of Look in IPC Southbank to sit alongside our other joint venture title, Marie Claire, opens up tremendous opportunities for Look to benefit from Southbank’s established fashion and beauty advertising expertise and relationships.
Newcombe said: "The creation of the business development director role is about communicating the partnership opportunities that have grown out of the fantastic development work done by the Look and Marie Claire teams.
"This role will also encompass ecommerce, which is a growing part of Southbank’s activities. Richard is exactly the right person to take the business on to this new level."
Julie Lavington, PPA consumer magazines publisher of the Year 2010, will remain publishing director of Look.
Look’s move into Southbank takes place with immediate effect.
