Johnson joins Creative Lynx as creative director

LONDON - Design agency Creative Lynx has appointed Trevor Johnson, one of the UK's foremost authorities in graphic design, as its new creative director.

Johnson will front the design team of the Manchester agency, which handles pharmaceutical, education and public sector clients.

He has previously worked on designs for Factory Records, the former-label of bands including New Order, The Happy Mondays and Joy Division. He has also worked with many of Manchester's prestigious brands and organisations.

Johnson said: "It's great to finally join with Creative Lynx, I've always admired the team as an agency that put its clients' needs first and their commitment to investing in people was a major factor in my decision to join."

Stuart Wilson, managing director of Creative Lynx, said: "Having collaborated with Trevor on many projects over the years, it's a huge boost to everyone at Creative Lynx to secure such an outstanding talent to head up our creative team."

Creative Lynx has been involved in a number of projects across Manchester, such as the successful Commonwealth Games bid, the regeneration of the Canal Street area, and projects in New East Manchester.
