The brand is taking over Hoxton's Geffrye Street Studios on 7 September. Jameson Caskmates features notes of coffee, cocoa, butterscotch alongside hops, having been aged in craft beer barrels.
As part of the experience, guests will be guided through a sensory Jameson Caskmates tasting, which includes creating their own Jameson Caskmates drinks as part of a mixology masterclass, as well as getting to try other whiskey and beer cocktails.
Dinner will be served by the Disappearing Dining Club while DJ pair Amp & Deck will also be on hand providing entertainment for the evening.
