The event is being held to celebrate Jameson's sponsorship of the Empire Film awards, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Sunday 28 March 2010.
Synergy created a Movie Mania Tour to entertain guests from 13 markets from around the world and experience some of the capital's filming locations.
Guests included media, clients, competition winners and film enthusiasts who had entered the Done In 60 Seconds award category, which involves creating a 60-second film version of a favourite Hollywood blockbuster.
The tour starts at St. Paul's with a behind the scenes look at sites such as the geometric staircase and the setting for various films such as Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter.
A Professor Dumbledore look-a-like was hired from A-List Lookalikes & Ents to run down the staircase, as he does in the film. Illusionist Keith Barry also provided a magic show.
London Heritage provided a Jameson branded Routemaster bus to transport guests between locations.
Guests were later provided with a three-course lunch in the private Gallery Room at the Bluebird on the Kings Road before taking the Routemaster to Borough Market.
Simon Rodway and John Ashton, guides from Silver Cane Tours, walked guests around all the locations in Borough Market where A-list's Hugh Grant look-a-like appeared outside the door to Bridget Jones' flat.
