The World Cup-themed event industry football tournament will take place over one day with 32 teams playing each other in two competitions.
Teams will be allocated World Cup countries prior to the event and fancy dress is encouraged.
Entry is open to any events industry team so interested parties who have not been directly contacted can obtain full details here.
The tournament is primarily a fundraising event with proceeds being split between the Macmillion Cancer Trust and the Howard's Way Walk, with each team required to pay £350 as a registration fee.
