The Jack Rocks Your Town event forms part of its . The gig in Holmfirth will also kick off Rival Sons’ 2015 world tour.
The band will arrive early on the day via helicopter and land at Holmfirth Cricket Club. They will be met with a welcome party at the club’s pavilion before spending the day meeting the town’s residents in pubs and cafes, and filming a video on location.
The day will culminate with a performance at the Holmfirth Picturedrome, a 650-capacity live venue shortlisted for Jack Daniel’s and NME’s Best Small Venue award in 2014. Emerging local band Crybabycry will support the band at the concert.
Jack Daniel’s will also be bussing in fans from nearby towns including Huddersfield, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester especially for the event. Once the music ends, an afterparty hosted by clubnight This Feeling will take place in The Box Office venue, featuring a DJ set from a big name radio celebrity.

"Mick and Keith were from Dartford, Blur from Colchester and Mr. Jack Daniel from Lynchburg, everyone has their roots. Perhaps we’ll inspire the next generation with the gig at the Picturedrome on 24 March."
