The agency won the work, which will break in October, following a four-way pitch. It will manage iVillage UK's creative account and push the site to potential users.
Previous offline activity for iVillage UK, which is a joint venture between iVillage.com in the US and Tesco, has focused on the supermarket's publications and in-store campaigns.
Team Saatchi will work on both Tesco-based campaigns, and consumer and trade marketing in the future. The creative agency's other clients include Hotpoint and Pernod.
