Kalimocho will allow female Twitter and Facebook users to track and discuss issues they face on a day-to-day basis.
Ads on the new site will be sold by the existing iVillage sales team, led by iVillage sales director Rahman Mohammed.
Lulu Phongmany, business development and marketing manager of IVillage.co.uk, said Kalimocho was the "perfect place" for young aspiring women to go for news and advice.
Phongmany said the site understands the "needs and desires" of 18 to 28 year-old women and provides the perfect place for advertisers and brands to "build a dialogue" with their consumers.
