The will launch on the same day as the programme, Monday May 16, and will give users a look into what is going on in the Fijian island with a day-by-day, hour-by-hour rolling news format.
The show, to be hosted by Patrick Kielty and Kelly Brook, features 12 celebrities including Abi Titmuss, Blue member Simon Webbe, former Atomic Kitten star Liz McClarnon, Rebecca Loos and Callum Best.
The website has been designed to offer users a reactive and community-based feel by featuring news, games, quizzes, a voting area, agony column and message boards and incorporating flash navigation to show what time of day it is, with sunsets, shooting stars and rainbows.
The 12 celebrity singletons are to be whisked away to the island paradise to compete for £100,000 for a chairty of their choice by deciding who should get to know each other a little more intimately, and who should be on the first flight home.
ITV chose Graphico for its experience in the entertainment industry, having worked on sites for Popworld, Pepsi, BBC World, Umusic, Single Girls, Rachel Stevens and McFly to name a few.
Graphico's creative partner Alex Weller said: "Rolling news has ignited a demand for rolling entertainment. When the TV show finishes, viewers understandably want more and they can satisfy their constant demand via the website.
"Clicking on the site at any time of the day or night will immerse internet users in the aquamarine sea and white sandy beaches of the island, and of course, they'll be part of the intrigue and excitement of 'Celebrity Love Island'."
